VIK-COMPOSITE participated in the XXII International Science and Technology Conference in Obninsk.

VIK-COMPOSITE participated in the XXII International Science and Technology landmark Conference “Stuctures and technologies for Manufacturing Articles from Non-metallic Materials” held by ORPE Technologiya named after A.G. Romashin from 15 to 17 October, 2019 in Obninsk.

More than 500 participants from Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Germany, France, Macedonia, Belorussia and Ukraine took part in the Conference to share experience relating to production of high-technology articles from polymer composite, ceramic and vitreous materials as well as to discuss development trends.

VIK-COMPOSITE in cooperation with SL-LASER GmbH and VIST-COMPOSIT LLC made a report and an applied training session “INNOVATIVE FEATURES OF INDUSTRIAL LASER PROJECTORS FOR AEROSPACE APPLICATIONS” by demonstrating such functions as:

• Layup control – fiber orientation
• Control and protocoling of vacuum bag leakage test, sequence of premolding during fiber placement
• Detection of foreign objects on the projection surface
• Boundaries control system, to comparing positions of layers with the set model tolerances
• Perfecting and improving of the workspace by rail-type mounting of laser projectors
