Electrically heated trapezoid-shaped roller for pregreg layer compaction and lay-out which contribute to a better elimination of air cavities from interlayer space of laminate and to reduction of the operator’s labor efforts.
The temperature of the roller can be set in the temperature range from 30°C to 110°C. The axis and fork plate of the roller are made of high quality steel and the jacket of the roller is made of elastomer. The roller is equipped with an ergonomical handle as well as a flexible and elastic cable 3 m long which allows using it for large size products.
